Important notes:
📌 No A/C — it’s rarely needed here thanks to the lovely ocean breeze.
📌 NO SMOKING allowed indoors 🚭 — any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1,000 charge to your credit card.
📌 There is an adjoining active rental unit accessed through the side gate, with one shared wall in the living room, so you might hear some muffled voices during your stay. However, there are no shared spaces, including the backyard — you’ll have it all to yourselves .
